Kinder Morgan is suspending all non-essential spending on its Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion project and has said it might cancel it if it can’t reach an agreement with British Columbia and other stakeholders over how to proceed with the project. The decision came after protests drove the company to suspend activities for a day.
