The head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency says it will take as much as $50 billion to help rebuild Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria. Administrator Brock Long warned that the U.S. territory is not ready for another disaster with hurricane season approaching. “We’re running out of time,” he said. “We have a long way to go.”
