Judge OK’s Deposition of Tar Sands Employee in Exxon Climate Fraud Probe

A judge has agreed to let the New York Attorney General’s office question several ExxonMobil employees about whether the company misled investors about risks from climate change. He refused Exxon’s request to block two depositions.
