State Lawmakers Push Back on Pennsylvania Governor’s Executive Order on Joining Cap-and-Trade Program

Some state lawmakers are telling Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf that he went too far when he signed an  executive order in October to have the commonwealth join a regional effort to cut power plant emissions. They say it’s the Legislature’s call.
