Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.), who is not seeking re-election, broke with many of his Republican colleagues by saying that the GOP should act on climate change following an alarming IPCC report. “I think Republicans need to be at the forefront if we want to keep our place and keep our seats,” Flake said.
